Former "NYPD Blue" star Rick Schroder is making his directorial debut on the indie "Black Cloud," a feature film he wrote that stars country singing sensation Tim McGraw in his big-screen acting debut. High Maintenance Films and Old Post Films will produce the project with Schroder, who will also make a cameo appearance. McGraw will also provide original songs for the soundtrack. "Cloud," currently shooting in Arizona, is an inspirational story about a Native American boxer facing personal challenges as he comes to terms with his heritage while fighting his way for a spot on the U.S. Olympic boxing team. McGraw will play Sheriff Cliff Powers. (Zorianna Kit)
